Yesterday been WMC (Mobile World Congress) 2015, Samsung mobile during the course of the event, unveiled the most anticipated Android flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S6. Am sure most people thought Samsung was done with Galaxy S series when they launched the A series but apparently, the company proved them wrong by not unveiling just the Samsung Galaxy S6 but also the Galaxy S6 Edge. The basic difference between the Edge and the standalone is the curvy design.
Quick Specs Of The Samsung Galaxy S6
The device is said to run on the latest Android OS which is the Android 5.0 lollipop. The device comes packed with amazing features like the fingerprint sensor which allows you unlock your device using your finger print.
It comes with a RAM size of 3GB which should make multitasking and speed seamlessly awesome. It’s available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB internal memory versions with no space for SD Card.
Battery capacity is 2550mAh and it’s non-detachable. That means, the battery comes packed with the device back cover hence, it’s not detachable.
Talking about the camera, the device comes packed with a 16MP back camera with 3456 x 4608 pixels alongside features like optical image stabilization, auto focus and Led flash which is placed by the side of the camera and not below.
Talking about its display, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge is super AMOLED Capacitive touchscreen with a 5.1 inch size. It’s Gorilla Glass 4 and unlike it’s predecessors which comes packed with plastic component, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge is packed with Gorilla glass(back and front) with metallic frame along the sides.
