Blackberry Android Venice Slider Set To Release November 2015 – See Specs

Over the past few weeks, blackberry surprised everyone stating that they would start producing android phones. Apparently, blackberry meant that as their first Android smartphone is set to be released coming November 2015.

If you recall vividly, the first blackberry 10 slider was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress event which took place earlier this year 2015. Since then, nothing has been heard about the device and now, according to sources, the first Android smartphone from BlackBerry is denoted as Venice and it’s perhaps, going to be a slider android phone expected to be released November 2015.

The BlackBerry Venice has quite some cool specs and they include;

  • 5.4-inch Quad-HD display,
  • 18 Megapixels rear camera
  • 5 Megapixels front camera
  • 1.8 Ghz Hexa-Core (Snapdragon 808 Chipley)  64-bit
  • 3GB RAM.

So far, not much as been said about the internal storage capacity. However, for such specs above, we should expect something between 16GB to 64GB as an 8GB ROM will be very disappointing. More so, we should expect a rather good battery capacity of 2500mAh to 3000mAh.

Price? Considering the above specs, what range do you think the device will be sold at? Personally and based on past speculations on blackberry phones, we should expect a price range of $400 to $600.  Until price is confirmed, these are just speculations.

According to news, the BlackBerry Android Venice smartphone is expected to be released coming November 2015.
