The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus was released 2 days ago in some countries (Precisely on this 19th of september). Based on report on the internet, the crowd at iPhone office was so much. Reading through the report, it was made to understand that most people had to hang around for days before they could get the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. No! It wasn’t free, they were actually paying for it.
Oh well, just 2 days that the devices went on sale, there have been series of personal reviews and sorts. There has been a drop test and that is basically what this post entails.
Just before i let you into the video, let me give you a quick tip of what the video entails. The drop test was made by PhoneBuff who is a YouTube user and the video was uploaded on YouTube. As predicted by most people, the iPhone 6 seem a little stronger than iPhone 6 plus although according to the video, both devices got their screens damaged.
When dropped from the back, the iPhone 6 survived. When dropped on its side, the device survived with a few scratches. When dropped face down, as expected, the screen got damaged. Definitely, i didn’t expect anything different.
On the other hand, the iPhone 6 Plus ended with a scratch when dropped on it’s back but when dropped on its side, the screen shattered. Even with the screen shattered, the test didn’t end there. The Face drop needed to be tested and when that was done, the screen got worse.
Despite the fact that the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus screens shattered in the drop test, both devices still worked with the torch functionality still active.

Judging from the video above, if you are the type who is used to having your phones fall from your hands and you are planning on buying neither the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 plus, going for the iPhone 6 may just be the best bet.
