Elephone has achieved success with its P7000 and P8000 smartphones, becoming one of China’s top smartphone manufacturers. And to maintain that, the Chinese giant is planning to launch the Elephone Vowney soon, once testing is done.
Elephone Vowney comes in two variants. The first features a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution, RAM of 4GB and an internal memory of 32GB. The second variant, which is referred to as Elephone Vowney Lite, features a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution, 3GB of RAM, and internal memory of 16GB.
Other than these differences, the Elephone Vowney and the Elephone Vowney Lite bear similar specifications. They both have an octa-core Helio X10 processors underneath, 21-megapixel cameras at the back, and 8-megapixel front cameras for taking selfies. There is also a 4000mAh battery running both devices.
The Elephone Vowney and the Elephone Vowney Lite both run on Android Lollipop out-of-the-box and are available for $299 and $239 respectively.
