Instagram seem to be working on something rather intriguing. And that’s the ability to share multiple photos at a time.
If you are a regular Instagram user, you should be aware of the fact that you cannot upload more than one picture at a time. Perhaps, that may be changing soon.
Being able to share multi-photo album is currently being tested on the Android beta version 10.7.0. Although the Android beta users can see the feature, they cannot exactly share multiple photos, yet.
If eventually, the feature comes out to the public, users will be able to select up to 10 photos from their gallery and share as a photo album. Of course, users will be able to slam filters to each and every of those photos before hitting the publish option.
If my guess is correct, Instagram’s multi-photo album may work out in same order as it currently does on Facebook.
The closest feature the multimedia sharing app has introduced would be the ability to create a collage. Using the company’s layout app of course. Another would be the Instagram stories.
The multi-photo album feature is currently only available to beta testers as well as some advertisers. We can only hope the feature gets to the public, soon.
