The app prides as the best app for hiding other apps On Google play store. Apps like whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook messenger can be hidden using the app. This isn’t to say that’s only the apps supported, others can be hidden using the app as well.
The app also offers the feature of being able to clone apps thereby giving you the ability to access multiple accounts from one device.

Does The Security Apps Require Root?
No, these apps do not require root. As a matter of fact, I wouldn’t recommend rooting your infinix phone except there is a special need for it.
For the most part, there are apps these days that perform most basic features without the need for root privilege. Like of changing fonts, and the likes. Hence, the need to root your phone should be curbed. Except really necessary and you understand the risk involved, you shouldn’t root your Android phone.
There are cases where the phone gets bricked after trying to upgrade the firmware. Although being able to unroot an android phone is doable, it can still leave some traces.

Although there are more apps on the app store that can stand as alternatives to xhide for locking apps on Android, these are the best 3 I can recommend at this time.
