Going by the table above, the difference between both smartphones would be the Operating system, Camera (5MP on hot 4 as against 2MP on hot 3), and bigger battery (3000mAh on the hot 3 as against 4000mAh on the hot 4).
Hence, whether or not, upgrading from the infinix hot 3 x554 to the infinix hot 4 x557 is actually worth the upgrade is based on personal preference. If you are the type who long for fingerprint scanner, better front facing camera and a better battery, perhaps you may want to consider upgrading. If otherwise, you may want to stick with your hot 3 x554 smartphone.
