How To Root Infinix Zero 2 x509 Running Latest Android 5.1 Lollipop OS Easily

While the infinix Zero 2 x509 is one of infinix’s finest smartphones that don’t get to be talked about more often, it still stands out as the best smartphone i have used from the brand since inception. The design, display and the weight of the phone is just different.

Infinix recently rolled out an OS update for the phone which was said to be the final android 5.1 lollipop XUI update and so far, experience on the phone has been much better. The only basic issue i still tend to have with the device is the charging issue. The device only tend to charge faster when the phone is turned off. No, i am not using just any charger. I am actually using the Note 2 charger which actually has fast charging technology embedded in it when used with the note 2 x600 (Oh, i miss the Note 2 phone. Thanks to pocket-pickers).

Anyway, before now, we had also talked on how to root the infinix zero 2 smartphone running android 5.1 lollipop and that tutorial involves using a computer. However, there is a tutorial much easier now and that’s what i am about to share with you.

  • The Infinix Zero 2 x509 smartphone

Steps To Rooting Infinix Zero 2 x509 Running Android V5.1 Lollipop XUI Easily

==> Install and launch the downloaded Kingroot App and please make sure your phone is connected to a fast and stable internet access. If possible, you can connect via WiFi.

==> Allow the kingroot app to inspect the phone and you should get a message on the screen saying ‘Root access is not available‘ (i.e if the phone isn’t currently rooted).

==> Simply tap on ‘Start Root‘ and let the rooting process commence. Please en-devour not to disconnect or discontinue the process till it’s completed.

If at any point, your phone automatically restarts, don’t panic. You are safe. More so, please be aware that first attempt may not root the phone. In my case, the third attempt was what actually worked and as seen in the screenshoot above, using a root checker app, my infinix zero 2 x509 smartphone running android lollipop is successfully rooted. And easily if i must add.
